Mr Carroll will be based at Longsands and will have responsibility for day-to-day management of College as well as the senior team overview of student support across all year groups. |

Mr Preston will continue to be based at Ernulf and will have responsibility for day-to-day management of College as well as the senior team overview of student support across Key Stage 4 and Post 16. |
Miss Dodsworth

Miss Dodsworth will continue to be based primarily at Longsands but will have overall responsibility for the curriculum, staffing and assessment across the Partnership. |
Mr Rowe

Mr Rowe will continue to be based primarily at Longsands but will lead on Partnership developmental priorities, e.g. in relation to cross-curricular ICT and distance learning. |

Mr Roughley will be based at Ernulf and will lead on developing the curriculum and all aspects of students' development and learning in Key Stage 3. |

Assistant Principal | Mr Paine (KS3) and Mr David (KS4) will each have responsibility for the leadership and management of students at Longsands across a key stage. Each will be assisted by Heads of School/Year as shown in the information that follows. |
Mrs Blacow
Assistant Principal | Mrs Blacow will be based at Ernulf and will lead on assessment, improving the quality of learning and the College's staff development programme in conjunction with Longsands staff, Advanced Skills Teachers and other personnel. |
Mrs Greaney
Assistant Principal | Mrs Greaney will be based at Ernulf and has responsibility for aspects of the College that form the context for learning including site, support staff, resources and student voice. |
Flexibility will be operated in relation to all roles as the notion of working in Partnership becomes embedded in everyday practice. Other colleagues will also contribute to college management at Longsands and across the Partnership, together with staff development at all levels. |
